Suburban Sunshine

I got this Marc Jacobs skirt in a vintage shop on a trip to New York with my grade 10 fashion class. I think I purchased it solely for the purpose that I could say that I owned something Marc Jacobs. (Everyone is in grade 10 once, right?) I never wore it then but I have recently started rolling it up at the hem and adding a skinny belt, and now I love it! The denim has a cool turquoisey tinge to it and I really like it's boxy shape.

I got an offer for the Fashion Design program at Ryerson University today (Fashion Communication still under review) conditional on my final math mark (which I have handed in already but it needs time to process).  I am totally thrilled. I think this blog is giving me good luck. Thank you so much who has read/followed/commented so far! I really appreciate it.
